                        疏水性耐候防腐涂料的制备及其应用

                    摘要:通过改性手段对有机硅材料加以修饰后,再添加表面改性的功能型纳米材料,制备出了具有优
                异疏水性能的新型防腐涂料。 该涂料应用到金属防腐领域具备优异的综合性能:静态水接触角 138.0°,耐
                盐雾时间达到 3 000 h,耐人工加速老化时间达到 1 000 h,优异的附着力和抗开裂韧性。 此外,涂层的疏水
                性能有效地减少了水分在涂料表面的滞留,降低了水分通过漆膜渗透至基材的可能性,同时减少了空气中
                腐蚀性气体 SO 2 、H 2 S 等溶解于水中对漆膜产生的腐蚀性破坏,延长了涂层的使用寿命。 疏水性优异的涂层
                由于雨水在涂层上难以润湿,呈水珠状滚落将带走涂层表面的灰尘,达到了自清洁的作用。

                   Abstract: A new type of anticorrosive coating with excellent hydrophobic property is prepared by
                modifying organic silicon materials and adding surface modified functional nano -materials. The
                coating is applied in metal anticorrosion and shows excellent comprehensive performance,
                specifically its static water contact angle is 138.0 °, the salt spray resistance is 3,000 h, the artificial
                accelerated aging time is 1,000 h, and it has excellent adhesion and cracking resistance.
                Furthermore, the hydrophobic property of the coating effectively reduces the retention of water on the
                surface of the coating, reduces the possibility that water penetrates into the substrate through the
                film, and at the same time reduces the corrosive damage to the film caused by the dissolution of
                corrosive gases such as SO 2 and H 2S in the air. Thus it elongates the service life of the coating. Due
                to difficult moistening of the rain water on the coating, the water droplets will take away the dust on
                the surface of the coating to achieve the self-cleaning function.
