                 改性氧化  烯 水性环氧复合涂层的制备及性能研究

                     摘 要:为增进水性环氧树脂涂层的力学性能与耐腐蚀性,选用聚醚胺对氧化石墨烯(GO)边
                 缘羧基进行化学改性,并与水性环氧树脂复合制备了改性氧化石墨烯/水性环氧(AGO/EP)复合涂
                 层。探究了 AGO 的含量对复合涂层微结构、力学性能和耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:AGO 在水性
                 环氧中均匀分散且与水性环氧存在良好的界面作用,形成了一定有序层状结构,有效提升了水性环
                 氧树脂涂层的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率。水性环氧复合涂层(0. 5%AGO/EP)的低频阻抗模值达到
                 4. 47×10  ·cm ,AGO 的引入有效抑制了水汽和盐离子对钢板基材的腐蚀,复合涂层的耐盐雾腐蚀

                 性能显著提高。

                      Abstract:To improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of water-based
                 epoxy coatings,polyether amine was used to chemically modify the carboxyl group at the edge

                 of graphene oxide(GO)to prepare modified graphene oxide(AGO),and modified graphene
                 oxide/waterborne  epoxy(AGO/EP) composite  coating  was  prepared  by  compounding  with

                 waterborne  epoxy  resin. The  effects  of  AGO  content  on  the  microstructure,mechanical
                 properties and corrosion resistance of composite coatings were investigated. The results showed
                 that AGO was uniformly dispersed in waterborne epoxy and had a good interface effect with
                 waterborne  epoxy,orming  a  certain  ordered  layered  structure,which  enhanced  the  tensile

                 of  AGO  effectively  inhibit  the  corrosion  of  water  vapor  and  salt  ions  on  the  steel  plate
