TEKLA 软件在防腐防火结算中的应用与分析

摘要：防腐防火结算的重点在于施工面积的计算，通过使用 TEKLA 软件对钢结构外表面进行面积计
算，可以准确得出钢结构的涂装面积。 同时利用软件中的材料分类功能计算出不同涂层配套、不同结构位
置对应的涂装面积，能够避免以往人工计算出现的计算不准确、计算量大等问题，为以后钢结构防腐防火
施工结算提供了很好的方法与思路。

Abstract: Calculation of the coating area is the key point when the financial settlement is made
for anticorrosion and PFP construction. TEKLA software is used to calculate precisely the coating
area of steel structure. Meanwhile, the function of material classification available in TEKLA
software is used to calculate the specific coating area of the different substrate with the related
coating system, by which the problem of unprecise and high workload calcuation can be solved. This
method is helpful for the financial settlement of anticorrosion and PFP construction for steel
structure.
