POSS/ 丙烯酸酯复合材料的合成及在疏水中的应
用研究进展

摘要:多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)由于其纳米级有机-无机结构,且纳米级别的无机核被有机官能
团包围,使其成为构建纳米杂化材料和纳米复合材料的理想结构,引起了广泛的关注。 本文综述了 POSS
用于增强疏水性能的丙烯酸酯聚合物复合材料的最新进展,重点介绍了 POSS 作为疏水单元,采用物理或
共聚的方法与丙烯酸酯复合,合成不同结构的 POSS/丙烯酸酯复合材料,以满足所需的疏水要求。 POSS/丙
烯酸酯复合材料具有良好的疏水性能,同时具有优异的物理性能。

Abstract:) Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) is silsesquioxane molecule with nano-
scaled organic /inorganic hybrid structure and its nano-sized inorganic nucleus is surrounded by
organic functional groups, which is regarded as an ideal structure for the construction of nano-hybrid
materials and nanocomposites, and has attracted much attention. In this article, a review is presented
of the recent development concerning the use of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) for
designing acrylate polymer composites endowed with enhanced hydrophobicity. Emphasis is placed
on the introduction of POSS as a hydrophobic unit. POSS/acrylate composites with different
structures were synthesized by physical or copolymerization to provide the required hydrophobicity.
POSS/acrylate composites showed a great potential to provide materials characterized by improved
hydrophobicity together with superior physical properties.
