摘 要: 的/ 构建超疏表面可有效解决金属材料使用过程中的腐蚀、结垢、结 等现象,还可赋予
金属材料自清洁、减阻、耐摩等特殊功能,具有极高的应用价值和市场前景。 分析/ /进展 简单介绍了超疏
涂层的构建及作用原理,系统地总结了超疏涂层在防腐、阻垢、防 方面的相关研究成果,分析了作用原理及
其优势。 结 /展 超疏涂层在实际应用中会面临防护持久性、制备成本、环境适应性等问题,为研制开发高
性能、多功能涂层,可从优化涂层表面性质、增强防护长效性和优化涂层组分等方面着手。

Abstract: Objective/Significance Constructing a superhydrophobic surface can effectively
solve phenomena such as corrosion,caling,nd waxing in the use of metal materials. It can also endow

metal materials with special functions such as self-cleaning,drag reduction,and wear resistance,and
has high application value and market prospects. Analysis/Discussion/Progress The article briefly
introduced the construction and working mechanisms of superlyophobic coatings,systematically
summarized recent research achievements in applications for anti-corrosion,anti-scaling,and anti-
waxing, and analyzed their underlying principles and advantages. Conclusion/Prospect
Superlyophobic coatings encountered challenges in practical applications such as durability of
protection,fabrication costs,and environmental adaptability. To develop high-performance and

multifunctional coatings,esearch efforts should focus on optimizing surface properties,nhancing long-
term protective performance,nd improving coating composition.
