高泳透力阴极电泳涂料乳液的研制

摘要:以胺化环氧树脂为主体树脂,封闭型异氰酸酯为固化剂,经有机酸中和后添加去离子水乳化,制
备高泳透力阴极电泳涂料乳液。 对乳液性能、电泳涂料泳透力、漆膜性能等进行表征。 结果表明:当有机酸
用量为 1.0%、胺化环氧树脂用量为 20%、固化剂用量为 10%时,可获得性能优良的乳液。 乳液固体分为
(33±2)%,pH 值(6.0±0.1),电导率(2 500±200)μs/cm,平均粒径(110±10)nm。 与电泳专用灰浆配套,漆膜外
观平整光滑,机械性能良好,得到泳透力(G/A=0.6)高和耐盐雾(1 200 h)性能好的高泳透力阴极电泳涂料。

Coatings with High Throwing Power

Abstract: An emulsion for cathodic electrodeposition coatings with high throwing power is
developed using an epoxy-amine resin as main resin, a blocked polyisocyanate as crosslinking agent
in addition to acetic acid. The performance of the emulsion is studied. The throwing power and film
properties of the electrodeposition coatings are tested. When the emulsion formula contains 1.0%
acetic acid, 20% epoxy -amine resin and 10% blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent, the
favorable performance emulsion is obtained. The solid content of emulsion is 33±2%. The pH value
and conductivity of the emulsion are 6.0±0.1 and 2 500±200 μs/cm respectively. And the emulsion
particle size is 110 ±10 nm. The prepared coatings formulated with waterborne pigment pastes
exhibited a uniform surface with good properties, high throwing power (G/A =0.6), and favorable
anticorrosion property (1 200 h).
