聚 在海 点 防腐涂层中的应用研究

摘 要:为简化海管节点施工工艺,同时降低节点补口成本,开展了喷涂聚脲在节点补口防腐涂
层中的适用性研究。以国内 A 公司和国外 B 公司的喷涂聚脲分别制备海管节点防腐涂层,并对涂层
性能进行系统全面的分析研究。结果表明:聚脲涂层均表现出优异的力学性能、电绝缘性、耐水性及
热处理后拉伸强度保持率,但是其与基材的界面黏结在阴极剥离试验后会出现失效的情况,同时 2种
涂层经盐、碱、酸处理后拉伸强度保持率也较差。

Abstract:n order to simplify the coating process and reduce the cost of field joints,he

applicability of spraying polyurea in field joints was studied in the paper. The field joints anti-
corrosive coating of subsea pipeline were prepared by using polyurea from A domestic
company and B foreign company. A systematic and comprehensive analysis of the coating
properties was studied. The results showed that both polyurea coating had excellent
mechanical properties,electrical insulation,water resistence and tensile strength retention
after heat treatment. But the interface bonding between them and the substrate failed after
cathodic stripping,and the tensile strength retention rate of the two coatings after salt,alkali
and acid treatment was poor.
