红外光固化丙烯酸酯防腐涂料的制备及性能研究

摘 要:为制备具有优异附着力和防腐性能的光固化金属防腐涂层,采用近红外光(NIR)诱导上
转换粒子辅助光聚合制备了光固化防腐涂层。探究了 NIR 固化体系的固化条件、涂层固化行为以及
不同官能度活性稀释剂所得涂层的附着力和防腐性能。结果表明:当光引发剂添加量为 2%、上转换
纳米粒子(UCPs)添加量为 4%、NIR 功率密度为 30 W/cm 时,聚合速率最快且双键转化率最高。相比

于 UV 固化体系,NIR 固化体系的表面/底面双键转化率均可达到 90%,还能够提高凝胶点双键转化
率,有利于降低固化收缩应力,从而提升涂层的附着力及耐腐蚀性。使用单官活性稀释剂的涂层表
现出最高的附着力,具有良好的防腐性能。NIR 固化为制备绿色环保高性能防腐涂层提供了一种新
策略,有望在金属防腐涂层领域取得更广泛的应用。

Abstract:The preparation of high-adhesion photocurable metal anticorrosive coatings
presented a significant challenge. This study explored the use of upconversion particle-
assisted near-infrared photopolymerization(NIR)to develop coatings with superior adhesion

and corrosion resistance. The curing conditions of the NIR system,he curing behavior of the
a
coatings,nd the adhesion and corrosion resistance of coatings formulated with multifunctional
reactive diluents were investigated. The results indicated that the polymerization rate was
fastest and the double bond conversion was highest when the concentrations of photoinitiator
and upconversion particles(UCPs)were 2% and 4% respectively,and the NIR power density

was 30 W/cm². Compared to UV curing systems,he NIR curing system achieved a double
bond conversion rate of 90% at both the top and bottom of the coating. Additionally,it
increased the double bond conversion at the gel point,which could reduce curing shrinkage
stress,hereby improving the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating. The coating with
