碳量子 材料在 防腐中的应用现

摘 要:碳量子点纳米材料作为新型零维碳纳米材料,具备水溶性好、低毒及易于改性等诸多
优点,在金属防腐领域得到了广泛的应用研究。综述了碳量子点纳米材料在缓蚀剂和防腐涂层两
个方向上的研究进展,分别介绍了其在缓蚀剂和防腐涂层领域的制备方法、作用机理和具体性能,
研究者认为通过制备不同前驱体碳量子点纳米材料加以不同官能团修饰,可以有效提高缓蚀剂缓
蚀性能;碳量子点在改性后作为纳米填料可以有效改善涂料防腐性能。指出碳量子点的功能化改
性、碳量子点荧光特性的拓展应用以及碳量子点的规模化制备是其未来在金属防腐领域的重要研
究方向。

The Application Status of Carbon uantum Dot Nanomaterials
in Metal Corrosion Prevention

Abstract:Carbon quantum dot nanomaterials,as new zero-dimensional carbon
nanomaterials with many advantages such as good water solubility,low toxicity,and easy
modification,have been widely applied in the field of metal anti-corrosion research. This
article reviews the research progress of carbon quantum dot nanomaterials in two directions of
corrosion inhibitors and anti-corrosion coating. It introduces their preparation methods,
mechanisms of action,and specific properties. The researchers believe that by preparing
carbon quantum dot nanomaterials with different precursor and modifying them with different
functional groups,the corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitors can be effectively
improved;Carbon quantum dots can effectively improve the anti-corrosion performance of
coatings when modified as nano fillers. It is pointed out that the functionalization modification of
t
carbon quantum dots,he expansion of their fluorescence properties,and the large-scale preparation of
carbon quantum dots are important research directions for their future application in the field of metal
corrosion prevention.
