                  轨道交通车辆用 PVC 地板布焊接工艺研究

                    摘要:针对轨道车辆地板布焊缝开裂问题,以聚氯乙烯(PVC)地板布为研究对象,探讨了 PVC 地板布
                焊接过程中焊接机出风温度、运行速度、风量、加盖与否对 PVC 焊接接头性能的影响。 分别采用体视显微
                镜和万能试验机对试件焊接接头的宏观熔合状态和拉伸强度进行检测。 结果表明, 当焊接机温度刻度为
                4.0,速度刻度为 2.5,风量刻度为 3,开盖,焊口与地板布间距为 1.5 mm 时,PVC 焊接接头熔合状态良好且
                拉伸强度最大,可达 7.57 MPa,为母材自身拉伸强度的 80%。

                   Abstract: The problem of weld seam cracking about floor cloth in metro vehicle was studied. The
                effect of factors on PVC welded joint performance was investigated, such as the temperature and
                speed scale, the air capacity and different lip status of welding machine, meanwhile the macroscopic
                fusion status and tensile strength was presented by stereoscopic microscope and universal testing
                machine. The results showed that the optimum process parameters of the welding process were as
                follows: the temperature scale was 4.0, the speed scale was 2.5, the air capacity was 3, the lip was
                opened, the distance between welded junction and floor cloth was 1.5 mm. Based on these
                parameters, the tensile strength of welded joint could reach the highest, which was 80% compared to
                the base material itself.
