摘 要:以三氟丙基三甲基环三硅氧烷(D F)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D)、四甲基二氢二硅氧烷

(D )为原料,经开环缩聚、硅氢加成、水解共缩聚反应制得了一种有机-无机杂化改性氟硅树脂

(AFPS@SiO),将其涂覆于PET膜表面,制得透明耐高温防黏涂层。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电

镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、热重分析仪(TGA)对目标产物的结构、形貌及性能进行表征测
试,讨论了分子链节物质的量比[n(D)∶n(DF)对涂层水接触角、剥离力、附着力、硬度和透光率的影

响。结果表明:当 n(D)∶n(DF)=3∶2 时,防黏涂层的综合性能最优,其水接触角为 108. 1°,剥离力为 探

Abstract:A organic-inorganic hybrid modification fluorosilicone resin(AFPS@SiO)

was prepared by ring-opening polycondensation, hydrosilylation and hydrolytic
copolycondensation of 1,3,5-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)methylcyclotrisiloxane(D F),

octamethyl-cyclotetrasiloxane (D) ,and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (D ). Then

AFPS@SiO was applied to the surface of PET film to construct a transparent high temperature

resistant and anti-sticking coating. The structure,morphology,nd properties of the production
were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,XPS and TGA. The effects of the molar ratio
[n(D)∶n(DF)]on the water contact angle,peeling force,adhesion,hardness and light
transmittance of the coating were discussed. The results show that when the molar ratio
