                     摘 要:为满足飞机整体油箱的防腐设计要求,本文研制了一种整体油箱用环氧防腐涂料,测试
                 涂层在不同种类铝合金上的性能,考察涂层与密封剂的剪切强度,研究铝合金基材表面处理工艺、黏
                 结底涂种类对涂层与密封剂相容性的影响。研究结果表明:涂层在各类铝合金上的应用性能优异,
                 与 HM118 密封剂的剪切强度满足设计要求;铝合金表面处理工艺对密封剂剥离强度无影响;PR1782
                 密封剂在有无黏结底涂配套时,均能表现出与涂层优异的相容性;HM118 密封剂内聚破坏强度高于
                                                                ®
                 PR1782,需与黏结底涂配套使用 ,配套 Naftoseal   MC-115 黏结底涂的剥离强度高于 PR-188
                 UNIVERSAL SEALANT。

                 the coatings on different kinds of aluminum alloy was tested,he shear strength of the coating

                 and  the  sealant  was  investigated,and  the  influence  of  the  surface  treatment  process  of
                 aluminum alloy substrate and the type of bonding primer on the compatibility of the coating
                 and  the  sealant  was  studied. The  results  showed  that  the  coating  had  excellent  application
                 performance on various aluminum alloys,and the shear strength with HM118 sealant meet the

                 design requirements. Aluminum alloy surface treatment process had no effect on the peeling
