              不同种类混凝土养护剂的养护效果对比试验研究

                      摘要:采用养护剂密封性、浸水溶解性试验以及混凝土断面潮湿度、力学性能和耐久性能等对比试验,
                  研究了不同种类养护剂及其它养护方式对混凝土性能的影响。 试验结果表明:相对于同条件水养,水玻璃
                  型、改性水玻璃型、丙烯酸型 3 种养护剂养护的混凝土内部干燥、28 d 强度下降率超过 10%、56 d 电通量
                  和氯离子扩散系数增大 50%以上,养护效果较差;改性丙烯酸型、聚合乳胶基型、合成树脂-溶剂型 3 种养
                  护剂养护的混凝土内部潮湿度较高、28 d 强度下降率在 10%以内、56 d 电通量增大率在 20%以内,可有效
                  地防止混凝土内部水分挥发,保证混凝土内部潮湿度、混凝土力学性能和耐久性能,养护效果较好,可用于
                  混凝土的养护。

                     Abstract: The effects of different curing agents and curing methods on the performance of
                  concrete are studied by the tests of the sealing and water solubility of curing agents and the
                  comparative tests of moisture, mechanical properties and durability of concrete section. The results
                  show that: based on the water curing process under the same conditions, the curing effect of water
                  glass curing agent, modified water glass curing agent and acrylic curing agent is poor, the internal
                  drying rate of concrete cured by water glass curing agent, modified water glass curing agent and
                  acrylic curing agent is more than 10% after 28 d, the electric flux and chloride diffusion coefficient
                  after 56 d increase more than 50%, and the curing effect of modified acrylic curing agent, polymer
                  latex based curing agent and synthetic resin solvent curing agent is poor. It can effectively prevent
                  the moisture volatilization of concrete, ensure the moisture, mechanical properties and durability of
                  concrete, and has good curing effect, which can be used for the maintenance of concrete.
