低 VOC 双组分水性环氧树脂涂料的配制及性能

摘要:用国产水性环氧树脂分散体 HD-E251A 与水性环氧树脂固化剂 CU600 为主要成膜物,选择合
适的助剂配制出了一种性能优良的低 VOC 双组分水性环氧树脂涂料。 研究了环氧与活泼氢当量比、不同
种类及用量的流变助剂和颜填料体积浓度对涂膜性能的影响。 结果表明,当环氧与活泼氢当量比为 1.3∶1、
缔合型聚氨酯流变助剂和气相二氧化硅复配,m(缔合型聚氨酯)=0.2%、m(气相二氧化硅)=0.5%、颜填料体
积浓度为 35%时,所得水性环氧树脂涂料的贮存稳定性较好,施工性能优异;VOC 60 g/L;涂膜光泽度 82;
硬度 2H;柔韧性 1 级;耐冲击性 50 cm;耐中性盐雾 1 200 h。

Abstract: A kind of low -VOC 2K waterborne epoxy coating with excellent performance is
prepared by using domestic waterborne epoxy resin dispersion HD-E251A and waterborne epoxy
resin curing agent CU600 and selecting suitable additives. The effects of different kinds and dosages
of rheological AIDS, the equivalent ratio of epoxy to active hydrogen and the volume concentration of
pigments and fillers on the properties of the film are studied. The results show that the waterborne
epoxy coating has good storage stability and excellent construction performance when the equivalent
ratio of epoxy to active hydrogen is 1.3:1, the rheological assistant of associating polyurethane and
fumed silica are compounded, m (associating polyurethane) is 0.2%, m (fumed silica) is 0.5%, and
the volume concentration of pigment and filler is 35%. Specifically, the coating shows VOC 60g / L,
gloss 82, hardness 2h, flexibility level 1, impact resistance 50 kg / cm and neutral salt spray
resistance 1,200 h.
