                    摘要:以阴、非离子复合乳化剂为乳化体系,采用种子乳液聚合方法制备了自增稠丙烯酸乳液。在乳胶
                粒中引入羟基、羧基、酰胺基等功能基团,胺中和后具有假塑性,具有优异的铝粉定向性,可与部分甲醚化
                的氨基树脂配合制备水性氨基烤漆。 研究了复合乳化体系用量、MAA 用量、pH 对乳液性能及增稠效果的
                影响。 并对所制备的水性铝粉氨基烤漆进行了性能测试。

                   Abstract: A self-thickening polyacrylic emulsion was prepared by using anionic and non-ionic
                compound as emulsification systems via seed polymerization technique. The functional groups such

                as hydroxyl group, carboxyl group and amide group were incorporated into the emulsion particles,
                wherein, the carboxyl group could enable the emulsion to exhibit pseudoplastic property and
                excellent aluminum orientation after amine neutralization. The aqueous heat-curable amino coatings
                were prepared by mixing the prepared emulsion and partial methyl etherized amino resin. The
                influence of compound emulsification system dosage, MAA dosage and pH on the properties of
                emulsion and thickening effects was investigated. In addition the properties of aqueous heat-curable
                aluminum amino coatings were tested.
