            低温 TGIC 固化耐候性粉末涂料用聚酯树脂的合

                                               成及性能研究

                    摘要:合成了一种低温固化粉末涂料用聚酯树脂,测试了树脂酸值和玻璃化温度等理化指标,分别对
                聚酯树脂粉末涂料进行了抗粉霜性能测试、高压水煮测试和老化测试。 通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)采用不
                同升温速率对其固化动力学进行了研究; 采用 Kissinger 方程和 Crane 方程对固化动力学方程参数中的活
                化能 Ea、频率因子 A0、反应级数 n 进行了计算,得到了固化动力学理论方程。 该聚酯树脂既满足了低温固
                化的反应活性,又能保证在低温固化过程中粉末涂料具有良好的流平,由该聚酯制得的由 TGIC 固化的低
                温固化粉末涂料具有良好的涂膜性能、优异的抗粉霜性能、良好的耐水和耐候性能。

                Preparation and Properties of Polyester Resin for Low

                Temperature Curable TGIC-Based Weatherable Powder
                                                      Coatings

                   Abstract: A polyester resin for low temperature curing powder coatings was synthesized, and the
                physical -chemical properities of the resin were tested, such as acid value and glass transition
                temperature. The chalking resistance, high pressure anti-boiling and aging resistant properties of the
                powder coatings were also tested. The curing kinetics were studied via different heating rates by
                differential scanning calorimeter  (DSC). Furthermore, by using Kissinger equation and Crane
                equation, some parameters including activation energy Ea, frequency factor A0 and the reaction
                order n were calculated to obtain a theoretical equations of curing kinetics. The results showed that
                the polyester resin satisfied the reaction activity of the low temperature curing process, meanwhile,
                ensured a good leveling property of the powder coatings during low temperature curing process. The
                low temperature curing powder coatings based on the polyester resin had good film properties such
                as chalking resistance, high pressure anti-boiling and aging resistance.
