家电板用耐刮伤背漆的研制

摘要:制备了一种家电板背漆用环氧改性聚酯树脂,并用该树脂研制了家电板用耐刮伤背漆。 重点研
究了影响背漆综合性能特别是漆膜耐划伤性的一些主要因素。 包括氨基树脂用量、酸催化剂用量、颜基比、
蜡粉用量、烘烤温度对家电板背漆性能的影响。 结果表明,蜡粉用量对背漆耐刮伤性能的影响最大;当环氧
改性聚酯树脂/氮基树脂的比例为 80/20、酸催化剂(1051)用量为 1%~1.5%、颜基比为 0.8~0.9、蜡粉用量为
0.5%、板温控制在 224~232 ℃时,背漆综合性能较好,且耐划伤性优异,整体性能可达到客户实际使用要求。

Preparation of Back Coil Coatings with Scratching
Resistance for Household Appliances

Abstract: An epoxy-modified polyester resin for back coil coatings was prepared. And back coil
coatings with scratching resistance for household appliances was also developed using the resin. The
influence of main factors on the comprehensive performance especially the scratching resistance of
back coil coatings were studied. The effects of amino resin dosage, acid catalyst dosage, pigment /
binder ratio, wax powder dosage and the board temperature on the performance of back coil coatings
were discussed. The experimental results showed that wax powder dosage had great influence on the
comprehensive performance of back coil coatings. The coating showed the optimal properties and
excellent scratching resistance when the epoxy-modified polyester resin/amino resin was 80/20, the
dosage of acid catalyst 1051 was 1%-1.5%, the pigment/binder ratio was 0.8-0.9, the dosage of wax
powder was 0.5%, the board temperature was controlled at 224-232℃. The overall performance of
the back coil coatings met the actual requirements of the customers.
