飞机蒙皮用高性能底色漆的制备及性能研究

摘要：以自制耐候性好的柔性聚酯树脂为主，拼入部分端羟基超支化树脂作为基体树脂，以 N 3390 作
为体系固化剂，辅以合适的颜填料、溶剂、助剂，制备出一种高性能低 VOC、高遮盖力的飞机蒙皮用底色漆。
重点探讨了树脂体系搭配、颜基比、助剂的选择等对底色漆性能的影响。 通过各项性能测试发现，制备的底
色漆 VOC 含量低，漆膜具有遮盖力强、耐介质性良好、保色保光性优异等性能，适合与飞机蒙皮用罩光清
漆配套使用替代常规涂料体系产品。

Abstract:+A high performance，low VOC and high covering power basecoat for aircraft skin was
prepared by using self-made flexible polyester resin with good weathering resistance，some hydroxyl-
terminated hyper -branched resin as matrix resin，N 3390 as curing agent in addition to suitable
pigments，fillers，solvents and auxiliaries. The effects of resin system，the ratio of pigment to base and
the selection of additives on the properties of the basecoat were discussed. Through various
performance tests，it was found that the prepared basecoat had low VOC content，high covering
power，good medium resistance，excellent color and light retention properties，and was suitable for
matching with clearcoat for aircraft skin to replace conventional coatings system products.
