                    水装备用 溶剂酚醛环氧涂料的制备及性能研究

                     摘 要:开发了一种深水装备用无溶剂酚醛环氧涂料,探讨了不同官能度的酚醛环氧树脂用量、
                 固化剂类型、偶联剂用量、云 氧化铁用量等因素对涂层硬度、耐磨性、干/湿附着力、耐高压性、耐海
                 水浸泡性能、耐阴极剥离性和抗氯离子渗透性等性能的影响。结果表明:以官能度2. 8的酚醛环氧树
                 脂 DEN431与官能度 2. 35的酚醛环氧树脂 EPALLOY8240按照质量比 3∶1复配作为主体树脂,添加占
                 A组分树脂质量 1%的偶联剂 GX-560和 A组分质量 20%的云 氧化铁,改性脂环胺 B为固化剂,开发
                 的无溶剂酚醛环氧涂料性能满足 NORSOK M-501:2022 对应用于浸没环境涂层的技术要求,通过南
                 海12个月1 000 m深水原位试验,表明其具备优异的深水环境长效防腐性能。

                      Abstract:This research developed a solvent-free phenolic epoxy coating for deepwater
                 equipment. The  effects  of  the  content  and  proportion  of  three  kinds  of  phenolic  epoxy  resin

                 with different functionalities,he type of curing agent,he content of coupling agent,and the
                                              t
                 content  of mica  iron oxide on the film  hardness,abrasion resistance,dry/wet  adhesion,high
                 pressure  resistance,seawater  immersion  resistance,cathodic  disbondment  resistance,and
                 chloride ion penetration resistance were investigated. The results showed that the solvent-free
                 phenolic epoxy coating developed with  m(DEN431)∶m(EPALLOY8240)=3∶1 as the main
                 resin,1% coupling agent GX-560 by the mass of component A resin,20% mica iron oxide by
                 mass of component A,nd modified cyclic amine B as the curing agent. The performance of the

                 developed solvent-free phenolic epoxy coating was satisfied with the technical requirements of
                 NORSOK M-501:2022 for coatings applied in immersion environments. The results of  12-
