钢质管道顶管专用 ARO 涂层开发及应用

摘要:顶管施工是一种不开挖的管道施工技术,对钢质管道外涂层的耐磨性、粘结力和机械强度的要
求均较普通管道保护要求高, 以保护钢管在使用期间不被腐蚀破坏。 本研究特别设计了顶管专用 ARO
(Abrasion Resistance Outerlayer)涂层,提出了涂层的配方设计思路、对配方所涉及的主要组成的作用和选
择优化进行了讨论,得到了性能满足顶管施工要求的外防护层,既具有单层熔结环氧粉末涂料(FBE)优异
的附着力及防腐性能,又具有双层 FBE 优异的硬度与耐磨性,且仅需单层涂装即可达到超过 1 000 μm 的
涂层厚度,同时仍能保持涂层的柔韧性,是钢顶管施工的一种理想的选择。

Development and Application of Special ARO Coating for
Steel Pipe Jacking

Abstract: Pipe jacking construction is a kind of trenchless pipe construction technology. The
requirements for abrasion resistance, adhesion and mechanical strength of the outer coating of steel
pipe are higher than those common protection, so as to protect the steel pipes from corrosion and
damage in the service life. In this study, the special ARO (Abrasion Resistance Outerlayer) coating
for pipe jacking is designed. The formulation design idea of ARO coating, the function of the main
components involved in the formulation, and the selection and optimization are discussed. The
performance of ARO coating meeting the pipe jacking construction is obtained, which not only has
the excellent adhesion and anti-corrosion performance of the single-layer FBE, but also has the
excellent hardness and wear resistance of the double-layer FBE, and the coating thickness of more
than 1,000 μm can be achieved by single-layer coating. It is an ideal choice for steel pipe jacking
construction.
