钢结构模块防火漆重心计算与分析

摘要：钢结构被动防火技术在现代工程中被广泛应用，尤其是模块化工厂建造方面。 使用的膨胀型防
火涂料尽管质量较轻，但由于用量较大，其对模块的重心具有一定的影响。 本文通过实践总结出了一套适
用于钢结构模块防火漆重心计算的相关方法，为以后项目防火漆重心计算提供设计参考。

Calculation and Analysis of Center of Gravity of

Fireproof Coatings on Steel Strucutre Module

Abstract: PFP has been widely applied in morden industries, especially in construction of
modularized plants. The intumescent fireproof coatings have light weight but are applied in a large
amount per unit, which might have a certain effect on the center of gravity of modularized strucrure.

In this article, a method has been provided useful for the calculation of center of gravity of steel
strucure moduler. This method could act as a reference to the calculation of center of gravity of the
fireproof coatings.

0 引言
1 模块重心计算的理论原理
随着防火涂料被大量应用于钢结构模块制造，膨
胀防火型涂料逐渐取代了蛭石水泥基防火涂料，成为 吊装重心的计算对于模块化建造至关重要，如果
