市政污泥在制备建筑外墙涂料中的应用研究

摘要:对市政污泥作为填料制备建筑外墙涂料的可行性进行了实验室研究,结果表明,将污泥进行热
碳化预处理后得到的黑色粉末用来制备涂料,以黏度、孔隙率和吸水性考量涂料性能,可得出涂料制备的
基础配方为:污泥 31.58%(质量分数,下同),苯烯酸乳液 15.79%,羧甲基纤维素钠 1.05%,水 51.58%。 制得
涂料的质量性能如容器中状态、耐水性、耐碱性、耐人工气候老化性均符合国家标准(GB/T 9755-2014)要
求。 同时,涂膜硬度为 3H,附着力为 0 级,显示出市政污泥基涂料特有的优势。

Exterior Wall Coatings

Abstract: The feasibility of preparation of building exterior wall coatings with municipal sludge
filler is studied in laboratory. Th black powder obtained from the sludge pretreatment by thermally
carbonized method is used to prepare the coatings. The coating performance is evaluated by
viscosity, porosity and water absorbency. The basic formula of the coatings is: sludge 31.58 wt%,
benzenoic acid emulsion 15.79 wt%, carboxyl, sodium methylcellulose 1.05 wt% and water 51.58
wt% . The properties of the coatings, such as the state in the container, water resistance, alkali
resistance and artificial climate aging resistance, can meet the requirements of the national standard
(GB/T 9755-2014). At the same time, the film hardness is 3H and the adhesion is 0, which shows
the unique advantages of the municipal sludge-based coatings.
