                        水性固体环氧乳液的制备与性能研究

                    摘要:以固体环氧树脂(E-20)与聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,在过硫酸钾的催化下合成了环氧树脂乳化
                剂,并采用转相乳化法制备了固含量为 53%的 E-20 环氧乳液。 乳化剂的结构由红外光谱分析来表征。 利
                用离心稳定性、粒径尺寸分布和旋转黏度等测试探明了聚乙二醇相对分子质量、乳化剂用量、乳化温度以
                及 乳 化 剪 切 速 率 对 乳 液 性 能 的 影 响 。 结 果 显 示 ,E-20 与 聚 乙 二 醇 4000 成 功 反 应 合 成 了 乳 化 剂 E-
                PEG4000;乳化剂用量为 E-20 质量的 10% 、乳化温度为 40 ℃以及乳化剪切速率为 600 r/min 时,乳液平均
                粒径最小为 0.7 μm,25 ℃旋转黏度为 4 300 cps。

                Preparation and Properties of Waterborne Solid Epoxy
                                                Resin Emulsion

                   Abstract: The emulsifiers for epoxy resin were synthesized with the reaction between solid epoxy
                resin E -20 and polyethylene glycol (PEG) in the presence of catalyst potassium peroxodisulfate,
                which were applied to prepare the E-20 epoxy resin emulsion with a solid content of 53 % by means
                of phase inversion emulsification. The effects of the molecular weight of PEG, the dosage of the
                emulsifier, the emulsifying temperature and dispersing rate on the properties of the epoxy emulsion
                were investigated by centrifugal stability test, particle size distribution test and rotary viscosity test

                respectively. The results indicated that the epoxy resin E-20 was reacted with PEG successfully.
                Moreover, the minimum average particle size of the emulsion was 0.7 μm and the viscosity was
                4,300 cps at 25 ℃ when the mass ratio of the emulsifier and E -20 was 1:10, the emulsifying
                temperature was 40 ℃ and the dispersion rate was 600 r/min.
