天然气管道用双层粉末涂料的制备与应用研究

摘要: 研究了天然气管道用双层粉末涂料的配方组成。 底层以环氧树脂与双氰胺固化剂为主要成膜
物;面层以聚酯树脂与 TGIC 固化剂为主要成膜物,配以各种颜料、填料及助剂复配而成。 探讨了底层粉末
涂料环氧树脂的筛选、附着力促进剂用量,面层粉末涂料聚酯树脂的筛选、产品粒径、胶化时间、施工工艺
等方面的影响因素。 可实现一烤二涂的施工方式。 制备的双层粉末涂料不含溶剂、涂装能耗低、涂覆效率
高,是符合 RoHS 指令的绿色环保产品,能够满足对防腐、耐候均有较高要求的天然气管道粉末涂料客户
的应用。

Coatings for Natural Gas Pipelines

Abstract: The formula composition of the double-layer powder coatings for natural gas pipeline
is analyzed.Epoxy resin and dicyandiamide curing agent were used as the main film -forming
materials for primer.The topcoat comprises polyester resin and TGIC curing agent as the main film-
forming materials in addtion to various pigments, fillers and additives.The influential factors
including the selection of epoxy resin, the amount of adhesion promoter, the selection of polyester
resin, the particle size, the gel time and the construction process, etc. were discussed. It revealed
that a coating process 1B2C could be obtained. Meanwhile, the prepared double -layer powder
coatings contained no solvent and showed a lower energy consumption and higher coating efficiency,
which could be regarded as a kind of environmental friendly product complied with the RoHS
directive. The product can meet the high requirements of natural gas pipeline in terms of
anticorrosion and weatherability.
