快干型水性环氧酯乳液的制备与应用

摘要：利用可再生的松香，对水性环氧酯树脂改性得到了快干的水性环氧酯乳液。讨论了松香添加量、
反应温度和加水方式对环氧酯乳液的影响，对比外购树脂评价了用其配制成色漆后漆膜性能的优势。 制备
的乳液具有常温干燥速度快、漆膜硬度高和贮存稳定性好等特点，在金属防腐和装饰领域应用广泛。

Abstract:7A waterborne epoxy ester emulsion was prepared by modifying waterborne epoxy ester
resin with renewable rosin. The effects of rosin content, reaction temperature and water addition on
the properties of the epoxy ester emulsion were discussed. The advantages of the film based on the
prepared emulsion were comparatively studied with the film based on the marketed resins. The
results showed that the prepared emulsion has fast-drying performance at room temperature, high
hardness and good storage stability, indicating a wide application in metal anticorrosion and
decoration.
