            水性聚脲纳米涂层在金属重防腐领域施工应用分析

                    摘要:环保税全面实施,传统溶剂型防腐涂料已不能适应国内新形势的要求。 水性工业涂料如何提高
                产品性能、优化产品涂装、拓展应用范围等成为行业难题。 水性聚脲纳米重防腐涂料已在化工重防腐管廊
                项目等 8 个项目推广应用。 本文重点以案例分析水性聚脲纳米涂层应用于新建化工金属管廊、二次维修金
                属管廊、金属釜外壁、金属釜内壁等工况环境,探究不同施工方式、处理方式对涂层性能的影响,应用于案
                例的涂层的防腐防护性能表现突出。

                   Abstract:* The environmental protection tax has been fully implemented, and the traditional
                solvent -based anti -corrosion coatings have been unable to meet the requirements of the new
                domestic situation. How to improve the performance of the waterborne industrial coatings, optimize
                coating process and expand application range have been regarded as industry problems. The
                waterborne polyurea nano -structured heavy -duty anti -corrosion coating has been promoted and
                applied in 8 projects including the chemical heavy-duty anti-corrosion pipe gallery project. In this
                paper, several case study of waterborne polyurea nano-structured coating applied in newly-built
                chemical metal pipe gallery, repaired metal pipe gallery, outer wall and inner wall of the metal kettle
                and other working conditions are analyzed. Meanwhile, the effects of different construction methods
                and treatment methods on the properties of the coating. The results show that the anti -corrosion
                involved in case study has good protection performance.
