                      Abstract:n order to reduce the content of volatile organic compounds in inorganic board
                 decorative  coating,and  improve  its  self-cleaning  and  hydrophobic  properties,with  the  large
                 particle  size  property  of  waterborne  bio-based  emulsions,the  effects  of  pigment  volume
                 concentration(PVC),curing  agents,and  hydrophobic  additives  on  the  coating  performance
                 were studied. It was concluded that when pigment volume concentration was 40%,he hardness

                 of the coating was HB,he gloss was 6. 3,nd the self-cleaning performance indicated the best.

                 When the curing agent was HW-2100 and the addition amount of hydrophobic additive R-75
                 was  1%,the  water  contact  angle  of  coating  was  the  largest,the  coating  indicated  best
                 hydrophobicity. Inorganic boards coated with waterborne bio-based hydrophobic coatings had

                 low surface tension,ollutants were difficult to attach and easy to clean.
