应用于开架式汽化器金属涂层表面的封闭剂研究

摘要： 目前国内开架式汽化器 （ORV） 设备金属涂层已陆续进入维保周期， 受限于国内液化天然气
（LNG）产业起步较晚的现状，国内 ORV 维修材料的采购商处于被动，且维修价格高，供货周期长。 本文针
对此现状，为打破设备生产厂家对该技术的垄断和封锁、推动我国 ORV 设备用金属涂层和有机涂层的技
术进步、降低后期设备维保成本，开发研究了 ORV 设备金属涂层封闭剂,应用于 ORV 设备热喷涂 Al/Zn 金
属涂层表面，为金属涂层提供优异的封闭效果和防腐性能。

Abstract: Currently the metal coatings of the open rack vaporizer (ORV) have entered into the
maintenance period. However, lthe purchasers of the domestic ORV maintenance materials are in
negative position due to the late-developing domestic LNG industry in addition to high maintenance
prices and long delivery time. In this article, metal sealants for coating surface of ORV equipment
are prepared in order to break the monopoly and blockade of the technology by overseas equipment
manufacturers, promote the technical progress of metal coatings and organic coatings for ORV
equipment in China, and reduce the cost of post-maintenance equipment. The sealants are suitable
for thermal spraying Al / Zn metal coating on ORV equipment, which provide excellent sealing effect
and anticorrosive performance for metal coating.
