                汽车底盘用高性能水性环氧底面合一漆的研制

                      摘要:通过选取水性丙烯酸改性环氧分散体、预开环型水性环氧分散体、自乳化水性环氧树脂体系、水
                  性环氧乳液 4 款水性树脂, 搭配水性改性胺固化剂及异氰酸酯固化剂进行汽车底盘用涂料的制备及其性
                  能研究。 其中,自乳化水性环氧树脂(AB-51)体系可获得环保性好、综合性能最优的汽车底盘涂料。 所得涂
                  层的铅笔硬度为 2H,耐盐雾 850 h 下单边扩蚀<2 mm,一次成膜厚度可达 100 μm,耐挥发油 360 h 无起泡
                  发软现象,同时 VOC 含量<100 g/L,能够满足中高端市场汽车底盘的防腐蚀要求。

                  Preparation of High Performance Waterborne Epoxy

                        Primer-Topcoat Coatings for Automobile Chassis

                     Abstract: Four types of waterborne resins including acrylic modified epoxy dispersion, pre -
                  opening type epoxy dispersion, self-emulsified epoxy resin system and epoxy emulsion are provided
                  and respectively combined with aqueous modified amine curing agent and isocyanate curing agent to
                  prepare the coatings for automobile chassis. The properties of the prepared coatings are investigatred.
                  The resutls show that the coatings based on the self -emulsified waterborne epoxy resin AB -51
                  exhibt the optimal properties. Specifically, its pencil hardness of the obtained coating is 2H. The
                  unilateral diffusion of corrosion is less than 2 mm after salt spray test for 850 h. Its single-layer film
                  thickness can reach 100 μm. There is no blister after oil resistance test for 360 hours, meanwhile,
                  the VOC content is <100 g/L. It can meet the anticorrosion requirements of the chassis for the mid-
                  and high-end automobile market.
