                     生物基腰果酚防锈乳液的制备及性能研究

                      摘要:采用乳液聚合法合成腰果酚改性苯丙乳液,并用该乳液制备金属防锈底漆。 重点研究了腰果酚
                  用量对乳液性能的影响,并研究了用该乳液制备的防锈底漆的耐水、耐盐水及防闪锈性能。 对比该乳液与
                  普通苯丙乳液制备防锈底漆时,不同防闪锈剂的用量对底漆防闪锈性能的影响。 结果表明:腰果酚用量为
                  单体量为 20%,反应温度为 82~88 ℃,引发剂用量为 0.4%~0.9%,可以制得综合性能优异的腰果酚改性苯
                  丙防锈乳液。 用该乳液制备的防锈底漆,比普通苯丙乳液可以节省约 70%的防闪锈剂用量。 该防锈底漆的
                  硬度可达到 H,耐水可达到 96 h,耐盐水 75h,防闪锈性能优异。

                                                Antirust8Emulsion

                     Abstract:+ The styrene acrylic emulsion modified by cardanol was synthesized by emulsion
                  polymerization, and was used to prepare the metal antirust primer. The effect of the amount of
                  cardanol on the properties of the emulsion was studied in particular. The water resistance, salt water
                  resistance and flash rust resistance of the antirust primer were also studied. The effects of different
                  antirust additives on the antirust properties of the primers were compared when the antirust primers
                  were prepared from the resulted emulsion and other common styrene acrylic emulsions. The results
                  showed that the cardanol antirust emulsion with excellent comprehensive properties could be
                  prepared by using 20% cardanol and 0.4% ~ 0.9% initiator at 82~88℃ reaction temperature. The
                  antirust primer prepared could save the amount of antirust agent by 70% . The antirust primer
                  showed good hardness H, water resistance up to 96 hours and salt water resistance up to 75 hours,
                  indicating excellent anti-flash rust performance.
