水性 光 V固化聚氨酯乳液的合成及性能研究

摘 要:以 4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、聚四氢呋喃
(PTMEG-1000)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、左手性试剂 S-联 酚(S-BINOL)为主要原料合成了新
型含联 基团的水性旋光光固化聚氨酯(BPU)。采用 立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振波
谱仪(NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对 BPU 进行了表征。以 BPU 为主要成膜物制备了水性光固化
涂料,探究了联 酚基团的引入对高分子聚合物的透明性能、隔热性能、热稳定性、应用性能等的影
响。结果表明:将联 基团引入到水性聚氨酯乳液体系中,可以有效地改善乳液成膜后的隔热性能,
所制备的涂膜拥有良好的透明性和力学性能。随着 BPU 中 S-BINOL 含量的增加,含有联 基团的
BPU 红外发射率明显低于 WPU,红外发射率随联 基团含量的增加由 0. 892降低到 0. 672,刚性基团
的引入对透明性影响不大,其在 550 nm 处的透光率均超过 90%。

Abstract:n 4,4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI),pentaerythritol triacrylate
(PETA),polytetrahydrofuran(PTMEG-1000),A new type of water-based polarimetric
photocurable polyurethane(BPU) containing binaphthalene groups was synthesized by 2-
dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and S-BINOL as the main raw materials. The BPU was
characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance

spectroscopy(NMR)and gel permeation chromatograph(GPC) The water-based photocurable
coatings were prepared by using BPU as the main film forming material,adding deionized
water,film forming additives,coating additives and photoinitiators. The influence of the
introduction of binaphthol groups on the transparency,heat insulation,hermal stability and

application performance of the polymer was investigated. The results showed that the
introduction of binaphthyl group into aqueous polyurethane lotion system could effectively
