                      水性 光 V固化聚氨酯乳液的合成及性能研究

                     摘 要:以 4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、聚四氢呋喃
                (PTMEG-1000)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、左手性试剂 S-联 酚(S-BINOL)为主要原料合成了新
                 型含联 基团的水性旋光光固化聚氨酯(BPU)。采用 立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振波
                 谱仪(NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对 BPU 进行了表征。以 BPU 为主要成膜物制备了水性光固化
                 涂料,探究了联 酚基团的引入对高分子聚合物的透明性能、隔热性能、热稳定性、应用性能等的影
                 响。结果表明:将联 基团引入到水性聚氨酯乳液体系中,可以有效地改善乳液成膜后的隔热性能,
                 所制备的涂膜拥有良好的透明性和力学性能。随着 BPU 中 S-BINOL 含量的增加,含有联 基团的
                 BPU 红外发射率明显低于 WPU,红外发射率随联 基团含量的增加由 0. 892降低到 0. 672,刚性基团
                 的引入对透明性影响不大,其在 550 nm 处的透光率均超过 90%。

                      Abstract:n 4,4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI),pentaerythritol triacrylate
                (PETA),polytetrahydrofuran(PTMEG-1000),A  new  type  of  water-based  polarimetric
                 photocurable  polyurethane(BPU) containing  binaphthalene  groups  was  synthesized  by  2-


                 dimethylol  propionic  acid(DMPA)and  S-BINOL  as  the  main  raw  materials.  The  BPU  was
                 characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance
                                                                             .

                 coatings  were  prepared  by  using  BPU  as  the  main  film  forming  material,adding  deionized
