                                   超疏水涂层及其功能化研究进展

                     摘 要:作为特种涂层,超疏水涂层的研究和应用一直备受关注。近年来,在超疏水的基础上,
                 进一步赋予涂层功能以满足新兴领域的需求成为当前的研究热点。文中介绍了超疏水涂层的制备
                 方法,包括模板法、相分离法、溶胶凝胶法、层层组装法和喷涂法,并对比了其优缺点。综述了超疏水
                 涂层功能化(导电性、阻燃性、导热性、透明性和自修复性)的研究进展,并指出其在实际应用中的重
     健           要性。最后总结了目前超疏水涂层领域存在的问题,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。

                      Abstract:As special coating,he research and application of superhydrophobic coating
                 have  always  been  paid  considerable  attention  to.     In  recent  years, based  on
                 superhydrophobicity,endowing the coating with function to meet the requirements of emerging
                                                                           t
                 fields  has  become  current  research  hotspot. In  this  paper,he  main  preparation  methods  of
                 superhydrophobic  coating  were  introduced,including  template  method,phase  separation
                 method,sol-gel  method,layer  by  layer  assembly  method  and  spraying  method,and  their
                 advantages  and  disadvantages  were  compared. Then,the  research  progress  of  the

                 functionalization(electrical conductivity,lame retardancy,hermal conductivity,ransparency

                 and self-healing)of superhydrophobic coatings were reviewed in detail,nd the importance in
                 practical  application  was  pointed  out. Finally,the  existing  problems  in  this  field  were
