维 材料的制备及其改性有机涂层防腐性
能的研究进展

摘 要:为有效延缓或防止金属腐蚀,向有机涂层中添加具有阻隔效应且疏水的二维纳米材料
是当今有效提高涂层防腐性能的策略之一。重点介绍了二维纳米材料(氮化 和云 纳米片)的剥
离方法,二维纳米材料高疏水性、分散性的改性方法,以及详细地讨论了二维纳米材料在有机涂层中
的防腐性能。最后对氮化 、云 等绝缘纳米片基防腐涂料的未来发展进行了展望,并提出了工业
应用中面临的挑战。

Research Progress on Preparation of Two-dimensional Insulating
Nanomaterials and Anticorrosive Properties of Modified
Organic Coating

Abstract:In order to effectively delay or prevent metal corrosion,adding hydrophobic
two-dimensional nanomaterials with barrier effect is one of the strategies to effectively improve
the anticorrosion performance of coatings. In this paper,the peeling method for two-
dimensional nanomaterials(boron nitride and mica nanosheets),he modification method with

high hydrophobicity and dispersion were mainly introduced. The corrosion resistance of two-

dimensional nanomaterials in organic coatings was also discussed in detail. Finally,he future
development of boron nitride,mica and other insulating nanosheet-based anticorrosion
a
coatings was prospected,nd the challenges in industrial application were also proposed.

涂层防护因其易于施工且防护性能好等优势, 挥发,使得有机涂层内部存在收缩和缺陷(如微孔、
