                               石墨烯基自修复防腐涂层的研究进展

                     摘 要:与常规的自修复防腐涂层相比,石墨烯基自修复防腐涂层具备较优异的自修复效率及
                 防腐性能,这归因于石墨烯基材料突出的能量转换能力、阻隔效应及物理特性等。文中详细讨论了
                 石墨烯在自修复涂层中的作用以及石墨烯基自修复涂层的研究、应用现状。介绍了本征型和外 型
                 2种自修复机制;介绍了石墨烯衍生物在本征型自修复材料中主要发挥促进能量转换的作用,在外
                 型自修复材料中主要作为 带各种修复剂的介质;结合石墨烯衍生物自身特性探究了其对涂料力学
                 性能及阻隔作用的影响;并探究了石墨烯基自修复防腐涂层的实际应用问题以及未来进展方向,指
                 出单一修复机制的涂层仍然存在许多局限性,具有多重修复机制及多功能化的石墨烯基自修复涂层
                 将是未来的发展趋势,实际应用前应结合应用环境开展实地验证。

                      Abstract:Compared  with  conventional  self-healing  anticorrosive  coatings,graphene-
                 based self-healing anticorrosive coatings had better self-healing efficiency and anticorrosive

                 properties,which was attributed to the excellent energy conversion ability,hielding effect and

                 physical  properties  of  graphene-based  materials. In  this  paper,he  function  of  graphene  in
                 self-healing  coatings,and  the  research  and  application  of  graphene-based  self-healing
                 coatings  were  discussed  in  detail. Firstly,wo  healing  mechanisms  of  self-healing  coatings

                 were  introduced:intrinsic  self-healing  mechanism  and  extrinsic  self-healing  mechanism.

                 Secondly,he role of graphene derivatives in these two healing mechanisms was introduced. In

                 intrinsic self-healing materials,raphene derivatives mainly played a role in promoting energy
                 conversion. In  extrinsic  self-healing  materials,graphene  derivatives  was  mainly  used  as  a
