                      A stract  n  order  to   y tematically  e plore  the  e  ect   o    umed  alumina  on  powder

                 coatin  ,he e  ect  o  di  erent  peci ic area  and addition amount  o   umed alumina on the
                 propertie  o  the powder coatin   were in e ti ated.  he di per ion  tate o  alumina a  well a
                 the   ur ace  micro-morpholo y  were  o  er ed  u in    cannin   electron  micro copy(SEM),
                 ener y-di per i e  pectro copy(EDS)and metallo raphic micro copy.  he propertie   uch a

                 powder   low  rate, lo  ine    and  rou hne    o   powder  coatin    were  e amined,and  the

                 mechani m o   umed alumina to enhance the powder coatin  loadin  rate and wear re i tance
                 wa   al o   tudied.  he  re ult   indicated  that  there  e i ted  an  addition  thre hold  o    umed
                 alumina  to  a  ect  the  powder  coatin   loadin   rate  and  mechanical  propertie ,which  wa
                 in luenced  y the  peci ic  ur ace area o   umed alumina.  he  peci ic area o   umed alumina

                  hould  e  reater than  70 m    and the di  erent addition amount had the di  erent e  ect on

                 powder coatin  . A low addition amount(0. 1 )could increa e  ur ace char e  per ormance,
                 medium  addition  amount(0. 3 ) increa ed   luidity  and  a  hi h  addition  amount(0. 6 )

                 introduced decrea ed electro tatic  heldin  e  ect and  reater wear re i tance.
