Al O -MWCNTs增强无机磷酸铝陶瓷涂层

摩擦学性能的研究

摘 要:为提高无机磷酸铝涂层的高温耐磨性,降低高温下的摩擦系数,制备了氧化铝包覆多壁
碳纳米管(M CN )杂化型填料,将其加入到无机磷酸铝涂料中,采用 射线衍射分析仪( RD)、傅
立叶变换红外光谱仪(F - R)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、热重分析仪( G)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表
征了填料结构,并研究了填料含量对复合涂层的力学性能和耐磨性能的影响规律。结果表明:纳米
α-Al 成功接枝于多壁碳纳米管(M CN )表面。经表面改性后的 M CN 的氧化分解温度提升

探 近 100 ,杂化材料在涂层中的分散程度更佳。随着 Al -M CN 用量的增加,涂层硬度、附着力

呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当 Al -M CN 用量为 0. 4 时,涂层力学性能最优,硬度提升至近

2 倍,附着力提升至近 2. 6 倍。600 高温摩擦磨损耦合试验结果表明,添加 0. 4 的 Al -M CN

开 涂层的摩擦系数最低为 0. 659,磨损率最小为 2. 73 10 mm (N m),说明添加 Al -M CN 杂化填
