石墨烯改性环氧云铁中间漆的制备和性能研究

摘 要:为了进一步提高环氧云铁中间漆的阻隔效果,解决其在高湿和夏天高热的水工环境中
防护长效性不足的问题。将薄层石墨烯添加到环氧云铁中间漆中,利用二维纳米石墨烯比表面积大
的特点,研究了石墨烯添加量对涂层附着力、耐冲击性、耐淡水性、耐盐水性和电化学性能的影响。
结果表明:纳米级石墨烯和微米级云母氧化铁的片层结构相结合提供了微纳协同屏蔽的机理,添加
微量石墨烯后明显提高了涂层的各项性能,尤其是耐水渗透性、耐冲击性和在水中浸泡后涂层的附
着力,使得石墨烯改性环氧云铁中间漆对处于高湿高热应用环境的水工钢结构能够提供更有效、更 探
耐久的腐蚀防护。
